Kyloft's Hassle-Free Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every item from Kyloft! If you're not fully satisfied, our 30-day return policy makes returns easy and hassle-free. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Return an Item
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don’t worry about finding your receipt; just have proof of purchase handy. To start a return, simply contact us at kyloft.shop@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Returns should be sent to:

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that we can't accept returns without prior authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you’ve received the wrong item, let us know immediately so we can make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products like perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care items, and hazardous materials (like flammable liquids) are non-returnable. If you’re unsure, just ask us – we’re happy to help with any concerns about specific items.
Note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
Want something else? The quickest way to exchange is to return the item you have, and once it’s approved, make a separate purchase for your new item. We’ll ensure it ships out to you swiftly!
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For our EU customers, you have a 14-day window to cancel or return your order for any reason. Your item should still be in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If all looks good, we’ll refund you through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
